Homestyle produces and supplies products that have been designed to give many years of problem free use. Our products are manufactured using the finest materials and the latest manufacturing technology and as such carry the following warranties.

SINKS

Homestyle warrants its sinks to be free of manufacturing and material defects under normal use in domestic dwellings for the entire life of the product.

TAPS

Homestyle warrants that its taps where fitted professionally and correctly in domestic dwellings will be free of manufacturing and material defects for a period of 5 Years (finish, washers and cartridges excluded)

General Conditions

In the event of a warranty claim being made the end user will be required to provide proof of purchase such as a sales receipt or invoice. Due to many examples of warranty claims being raised against problems caused by improper fitting and installation methods Homestyle insist that evidence of professional installation will need to be provided at the time of the initial warranty claim in order to validate the warranty period. Once deemed appropriate Homestyle reserves the right to either repair or replace the faulty item at its discretion. Prior to either a repair or replacement being authorised Homestyle reserves the right to inspect the faulty item along with the original installation in order to satisfy itself that correct installation and maintenance have been adhered too. The warranty will not cover misuse or abuse, damage of an accidental nature, scuffs or scratches, incorrect installation, abnormal or commercial usage or damage or staining caused by improper cleaning or maintenance. Normal wear and tear of working parts and materials is excluded from the warranty, damage caused by impurities, chemicals, unauthorised repairs or alterations will be excluded from the warranty period. Costs incurred such as transportation, removal and refitting of the faulty item are excluded from the warranty. Warranties apply to products installed in domestic properties only and are non-transferable.
